I’m Creative Director and Founder of ArtVersion Interactive — an award-winning visual branding and web design firm.
I founded ArtVersion back in 1999 when I moved to the United States. We started as a traditional graphic design firm with a couple of internal brands and on-location design productions. I was fortunate to personally work with some Chicagoland well-known corporations and smaller local “landmark” retail outlets on their marketing, design and branding efforts. As the web evolved and clients demands & needs changed, we repositioned ArtVersion to full service digital agency.
So here I was, with roots in traditional graphic design, finding myself in a position of directing some very complex web projects for national brands. Throughout the years, I learned coding and fell in love with the web. User interface design and web usability became my passion, and minimalistic design approach with a great user experience became my goal.
I was born and raised in Belgrade, at the intersection of Central and Southeast Europe, where I lived ’till my early 20s. Today, I call Chicago my home, where I live with my wife and our two daughters.
